When you contact us
If you email us, we process the contact details and information you choose to include. We use it to answer your enquiry, discuss bookings and take steps relating to a possible or existing agreement.
Messages are kept only for as long as they are relevant to the enquiry or booking. Information connected to an agreement may be retained where required for accounting, legal claims or other legal obligations.
Technical operation
The website and its hosting provider may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser information, requested page and time of access, to deliver and secure the website. Jaertecken Booking does not currently use its own analytics or advertising trackers.
Legal bases
We process booking enquiries to take steps at your request before entering an agreement and, where appropriate, on the basis of our legitimate interest in managing professional communications. Optional external media is loaded only with your consent.

Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability or to object to processing. You may withdraw consent for optional external media at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Website terms
This website provides information about Jaertecken Booking and represented artists. A performance or booking is confirmed only through a separate written agreement.
Unless stated otherwise, text, design, logos, audio and images are protected by intellectual-property rights. The downloadable ORO press photo may be used for legitimate listings, promotion and editorial coverage of ORO provided that photographer Emmy Nilsson is credited. Other commercial reuse requires permission.
External services and links are governed by their providers’ terms. We aim to keep the information accurate but may update artist material, availability, links and these terms without prior notice.
